Advanced Plate Marking Technology for Taiwan

The machine is the latest of several machines delivered to CSC and it is a combined, plate edge, paint and punch marking machine specially designed to mark cut markings, customer markings and test coupon markings.

By combining linear technology with robotic solutions, the machine is able to not only mark all cut markings and customer markings, it is also able to mark a highly advanced coupon pattern with paint lines and punch markings inside.

This advanced plat marking machine is the first of its kind. The fact that the test coupons are marked before they are cut out of the plate will optimize the processes and quality insurance tremendously.

Despite the global pandemic, the machine has successfully passed an online factory acceptance test in Austria and is now loaded for shipment. Later this year Alpine Metal Tech will commission the machine on site.
