Area of responsibility

  • Perform tasks in the Fiscal/Tax area by:
    • Register suppliers‘ invoices (purchase, knowledge of freight and services);
    • Conference of federal, state and municipal taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, CSLL, ISSQN),
    • Conference of tax calculations and all monthly closing with accounting,
    • Generation and delivery of electronic files (EFD ICMS/IPI and EFD Contributions);
  • Responds to requests from public entities – such as IRS, and others;
  • Assists in the HR department (regarding employee documentation, integration with the plant, transportation vouchers control, employee dismissal processes, etc.)..

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge in taxes, and EFDs.
  • Very good spoken and written.
  • Education level: undergraduate in Accounting.
