VSE200 Pre-damage & compression test

VSE200 - Pre-damage and compression test | Alpine Metal Tech | Automotive | MAKRA

With the VSE200 test machine various pre-damage and compression tests can be done during the development phase of a new wheel design.

For several radial fatigue tests the wheel needs to be pre-damaged prior to the rolling test. This can be done in different scenarios according OEM specifications with the VSE200. In the software, test routines for all relevant specifications and norms are already programmed. Additional new regulations can be programmed individually by the user. 

As second main function, compression tests up to a total wheel breakage including graphical documentation of pressure and distance can be performed. Optionally also the upcoming regulation for plastic/carbon wheels with its stiffness measurement prior and after the standard wheel test can be fulfilled with the VSE200 test unit.
