MD760 - the compact measuring machine

The demand for 100% inline inspection of critical characteristics is continuously increasing. For the expansion of the product portfolio, Alpine Metal Tech can now supply, additionally to the full modular measurement series MD860, the MD760, optimized for the use of only one measurement module.

The MD760 covers - with its slim housing design and the reduced complexity - the needs for typical installations in existing wheel production plants. For the measurement technology all standard modules out of the MD860 like RUNA (runout measurement), UBAL (unbalance measurement), BORE (center bore measurement), BOLT (bolt hole measurement) and WALL (wall thickness measurement) are available. Optional equipment such as marking units are possible.
