AMT Germany receives order for five billet torch cutting machines from China

In June this year AMT Germany was awarded with an order from a Chinese steel mill containing the supply and commissioning of five torch cutting machines.

Our Chinese customer is a manufacturer of special materials and currently extends his production capabilities by adding another casting line.

This new casting line will be equipped with five linear cutting billet machines - type BLM (= Billet linear machine) from our brand GEGA. The billet sizes vary between 250 x 250 mm and 380 x 450 mm and require a specific powder system for cutting due to the special materials.
