AMT Germany received order for a pre-heating station

The pre-heating station will pre-heat cold tundishes up to a temperature of max. 1.100°C. It is equipped with 3 burners, each with a power of 1.000 kW, which will heat up the tundish to the required temperature within 60 minutes. Natural gas is used as heating media.

Lifting and lowering of the burners will be done hydraulically.

The assembling has been done in our production site at Bonefeld. The acceptance test was carried out at the end of September, together with the customer. The delivery took place mid of October 2019.
