Alpine Metal Tech Group takes over IMT Intermato S.p.A., a global market leader in the field of special machinery

As a leading manufacturer of special machinery in the Automotive, Steel and Aerospace Industry Alpine Metal Tech (AMT) pursues a sustainable growth strategy in order to maintain and strengthen its strong global market position. Hereby the focus lies on product portfolio expansion, innovation, continuous research and development as well as targeted acquisitions that support the business model. 

IMT Intermato is the world leading manufacturer of Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) vertical turning, drilling and milling centers in the field of alloy wheels for cars, motorbikes, industrial vehicles respectively for the rail and aerospace sector and perfectly complements the Alpine Metal Tech business strategy.  

The well-known brand IMT Intermato will be fully integrated into the AMT Group and the current IMT Intermato management, consisting of Mr. Caprioli and Mr. Pedrini, will continue under the flag of AMT. With the takeover of IMT Intermato, the Automotive division of Alpine Metal Tech will be further expanded.
