Sales Manager After Sales (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Actively managing, developing and building long-term relationships with existing international customers
• Selling spare parts, services, upgrades and retrofit solutions for our machinery
• Identifying market potential and developing new business opportunities in the after-sales sector
• Preparing and negotiating quotations through to successful contract conclusion
• Providing technical and commercial advice to customers in close cooperation with our internal specialist departments
• Conducting international customer visits as well as monitoring market and competitor developments to further enhance our service portfolio

Your Profile

• Completed commercial and/or technical education (business college, technical college, university of applied sciences or university)
• Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in the mechanical engineering or plant engineering industry
• Experience in after-sales, service or spare parts business is an advantage
• Strong customer and solution-oriented mindset
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Independent, structured and results-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner when dealing with customers and business partners

The minimum gross annual salary for the above position is €47,547.00 in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Your actual salary will be determined together with you during a personal interview, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
