Area of responsibility

• Programming and setting up of all grinding machines
• Keeping production deadlines
• Ensure quality of parts according to production drawings
• Clarify dimensional deviations
• Ensure optimal use of machines and tools
• multi-machine operation 
• find solutions independently in case of production problems
• Carry out or arrange for machine maintenance according to protocol

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a CNC grinder (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Relevant work experience 
• Independent and solution-oriented work style
• Ability to work under pressure and high commitment
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
• Analytical thinking and communication skills
