C# Software Developer - Junior to Senior Level (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility

• Developing and further enhancing modern algorithms for analysing digital 2D and 3D image data
• Integrating complex software solutions into user-friendly special-purpose machinery applications
• Implementing, testing and validating software solutions directly on our machines and systems
• Optimising and further developing existing algorithms, applications and software features
• Independently developing and implementing new software features
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from Software Development, PLC Programming, Robotics and Product Management
• Working with internal departments and customers to develop innovative technical solutions
• At Senior Level: validating new algorithms for the AMT Software Library and supporting the professional development of less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• Completed technical education in Software Development, Computer Science or a comparable field, such as a technical college, university of applied sciences or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of or professional experience in software development using C#
• Strong interest in industrial image processing, automation and emerging technologies
• Structured, solution-oriented and precise approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to continuously develop your technical expertise
• Good written and spoken English

• Willingness to travel occasionally is an advantage

   

Additional Requirements Depending on Your Experience Level

Junior Level

• Initial programming experience with C#
• Strong technical interest and willingness to learn
• Motivation to develop your expertise in industrial applications, image processing and emerging technologies
• Professional experience is not required

Professional Level

• Relevant professional experience in software development, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
• Ability to independently develop and implement software features
• Good understanding of structured software development processes and software quality
• Willingness to contribute your own technical ideas and solutions

Senior Level

• Several years of professional experience in software development within a technical or industrial environment
• Strong experience in the independent development and implementation of complex software solutions
• Experience in industrial image processing using HALCON is an advantage
• Ability to take technical responsibility and develop complex solutions together with Product Management and customers
• Motivation to support the professional development of less experienced colleagues

The annual gross salary for the above position is at least € 47.547,00 according to the labor agreement. Your actual salary will be determined together in a personal interview based on your qualifications and experience.
