After-Sales Service Technician (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility

• Carrying out service, maintenance, repair and inspection assignments at customer sites worldwide
• Analysing faults and troubleshooting issues on site and via remote support
• Providing technical advice and training to customer personnel
• Supporting plant optimisation, modernisation and preventive maintenance activities
• Clarifying technical customer enquiries and contributing to the preparation of service and spare parts quotations
• Preparing service and assignment reports and working closely with Design, Engineering and Sales

Requirements

• Completed technical education or training, such as an apprenticeship, technical college qualification or equivalent, in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation technology
• Experience in technical service, mechanical engineering or plant engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electrical engineering
• High willingness to travel internationally for customer assignments
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work
• Confident and professional manner and enjoyment of working with international customers
• Group B driving license

The annual gross salary for the above position is at least € 41,270.00 according to the labor agreement. Your actual salary will be determined together in a personal interview based on your qualifications and experience.
