Upgraded INTERMATO Drilling Machine FW-24-T

Reduced Cycle Time with new Tool Changer. The four-axis drilling machine FW-24-T has been significantly upgraded with a new version of tool changer that is capable of changing tools in just 2 seconds (including acceleration and deceleration).

The result: Drilling cycle time is reduced by at least 10 seconds per wheel, boosting the machine's overall productivity by 10%.

To achieve this performance enhancement, we have optimized the following components:

  • Retention unit on the HSK tool attachment
  • Hydraulic plant
  • Spindle and axis parametrization

This upgrade is available for all new projects and can also be retrofitted to your existing FW-24-T system
