Green Marking Technology with the Metal Powder Marking Machine

Thanks to the MP Metal Powder Marking Machine, completely emission-free marking has been achieved. Instead of natural gas or methane, hydrogen is used as fuel for the gas flame that melts the powder. The result: clean ignition, a uniform flame pattern and excellent contrast and adhesion of the marking - without compromising on marking quality.

The Metal Powder Marking Machine was developed to apply clearly visible and long-lasting markings that can be read from a great distance. Products can be marked at temperatures of up to 1100°C without fading.

Marking is performed by blowing metal powder through a gas flame for melting it to the surface of the product.
