UCS-4 – Automatic Clamping System for 4 Wheel Sizes

It enables the clamping of four diameters and different designs on CNC lathes without the need for time-consuming retooling. The Ultimate Clamping System (UCS-4) offers a high degree of flexibility and exceptional efficiency during first lathe operation.

The new clamping system features an innovative centering unit that streamlines the entire process. As the loading ramps guide and center the wheel, a pneumatic sensor in the support triggers the clamping fingers to swivel seamlessly into place.

With the same clamping height for all wheel diameters, every wheel is automatically and precisely positioned. In addition, centrifugal force compensation guarantees perfect machining results at spindle speeds up to 2,500 rpm.
