With the availability of drop forged chains, round link chains and bush conveyor chains as well as the experience of our engineers in designing conveyors, we find a reliable and economic solution for almost every application.

Drop forged chains

By a proven modular system, every AMAKON conveyor chain can be ideally adapted to the given operating conditions. In general, the connection of the chain flights is achieved by MAG-welding which provides for a sturdy and at the same time ductile joint.
Optionally, for special applications, a patented chain link is available which allows the chain flights to be fully attached without caverns. Additionally, structural changes through thermal influences in the heavily stressed fork of the chain links are avoided.
Besides our standard portfolio, tailor-made special solutions can be offered as well. We are able to realise a wide range of designs and dimensions which can be used a high-quality replacement for third-party machines.

Round link chains

Our delivery range of round link chains is perfectly matched for the application in horizontal and vertical conveyors such as submerged scraper conveyors, drag chain conveyors or bucket elevators. The chains which are typically used in a double-strand configuration are 100% calibrated and paired. To simplify the assembly, the are Brandd accordingly.

Bush conveyor chains

As an economical design for light applications in the wood- or recycling industry, bush conveyor chains offer a great price-performance ratio. The chains according to DIN 8165 can be supplied with or without rollers depending on the requirements.
