Mid Size - Narrow Body Aircraft Simulators

SIMULATION’s Narrow Body Aircraft Fire Simulators provide realistic live fire training for mid size aircraft such as Boeing 737, 757, Airbus A320, Bombardier CS Series, and Embraer 190.  An endless list of options and combinations exist to make each simulator customizable to each customer’s requirements and budget.

The narrow body live fire training simulators are the most popular choice in Simulation’s wide range of aircraft models as aircraft in this category number over 20,000 in service and are found operating at most commercial airports.  Engineered to provide amazingly accurate dimensions of the actual aircraft in order to provide the most realistic training for firefighters and rescue crews. Details such as door heights, door functions, aisles, seat pitches, overhead bins, wings, engines, and the fuselage are in the same places they would encounter in a real aircraft.  Immersed into this realistic environment are the options for a multitude of different live fire scenarios both internally and externally such as fires in the seats, galley, lavatory, cockpit, cabin rollover, overhead bins, cargo area, ULD, engines, wings, fuselage, landing gear, APU, batteries, ground fuel spill fires, or any other specific area where a customer wants to train.

The options extend further by having choices between LPG or hydrocarbon exterior fires, or being able to choose between both fuels. Customers can choose from hydraulically operating cargo doors, piercing panels, electrical fire simulators, collapsed gear and wing, and countless other realistic components.  In addition, hybrid designs are also a common option where a single simulator is a blend of two or more aircraft.  Examples of this would be one simulator with two different types of wings, multiple engine sizes and locations, different seating arrangements, different door types, multiple fuselage diameters, etc.  It is even possible to have components from smaller commuter aircraft added such as a Q400 engine on one of the wings or a 717/MD-80 engine at the tail.  In addition, the overall length of the fuselage and wings are customizable based on space and budget constraints.   All of this is brought together with a state of the art PLC computer control system utilizing the most advanced wireless full color control devices for inside the aircraft and touch screen or button control master operator panels.  This is all accomplished while the simulator operates with the worlds most comprehensive safety systems, blending the high intensity realism and stress of fighting real fires with the security of firefighter protection from injury.
